Raspberry and White Choc Waffle Pudding

I had this pudding for the first time in England made by my lovely sister-in-law who is very good at baking and her baked goods never fail to please everybody in the whole family. The pudding was her choice to serve us as a dessert on the day we all got together. I was amazed to see how quick and easy the dish was prepared and truly impressed with the outcome, so I asked her for the recipe and knew I would definitely give it a try sooner rather than later.. And ten days later, here come the pudding!
