I've found these healthy granola bars right after my previous granola bars were all gone, so I made them to continue treating myself after lots of exercise I've recently done ! Given a natural sweetness from dried fruits and banana, so I really enjoy eating it without a guilt..lol

I was about to make another recipe of granola bars but had a second thought when I came across these bars that simply caught my attention by the way of making them..so I left the granola behind and gave these bars a try first !
Admittedly, I never like doing any kind of exercise (especially working out in a gym! ) in my whole life and avoided doing it when I was younger but now getting number of age higher and higher , I've felt an essential of taking good care of my body to stay strong and healthy!

I'd been wanting to give this Mexican dish a try for ages but I couldn't manage to make it cuz I was not able to find hominy (which is one of main ingredients) from any of supermarkets I regularly go for shopping until recently when I luckily came across it on a shelf of the shop that sells imported things from US..Bingo!!

When I spotted the photo of this curry, it immediately caught my attention and made me go straight to view the post...The original dish is made using mutton but unfortunately, it's not easy to find the meat in HK or at least from where I normally shop..so instead of giving up, I chose lamb as a substitute !
The dish is recommended to serve with what it's called sweet pea pulao which calls for some dried fruits and cashew nut. Given my husband and daughter are not big fan of those, so I omitted them and remained the rest ingredients and was happy to call it ' Pea Pulao ' !
