I like canned tuna but strangely, I don't fancy a fresh one and don't cook/ eat much of canned tuna either. This tuna muffin totally caught my eyes and attention with its look and the way it's made which is quite different from other recipes I've found..
With all ingredients in hand, I made it straight away after reading through the whole recipe and as expected, the outcome didn't let me down !
