I've somehow fallen in love with Indian food even though sometimes it makes my tummy feel uncomfortably after eating...means too full and heavy ..:)
Hence, I am always keen on cooking Indian dishes especially curries when I find something new and interesting that I never try before. This lamb dhansak is new to me and it calls for butter squash which is one of things I never used in my cooking!...so why not make the first time happen??
