This shortbread is like other jam bars which is simple and basic ,yet it's capable of attracting me ..and even it sounds crazy but undeniably , what made me decide to give this a try is the way to prepare the shortbread that you need to grate the frozen dough !! It takes a while to get the job done but it's truly worth your time!!
The only flaw I've found about the shortbread is that it made my husband become forgetful ! Once he had a bite on it..he didn't really seem to remember that he's been on diet and consequently, had 3 big pieces in a row..:)
