I've seen lots of savoury and sweet recipes that call for coconut oil which I wanted to give them a try but I couldn't be bothered to get it since the oil is quite pricey in HK (sometimes I am surprisingly stingy !! LOL) ..anyway, I spotted it on shelves of supermarkets in Bangkok and noticed that they are cheaper than the ones I've seen in HK..so it's time to have one in possession !
And these cookies was my choice to use the coconut oil in my baking for the first time..and I'm sure there will be more to come !
