Shrimp Creole

My husband is not a picky eater at all but he wouldn't like to eat the same dish or kind of meat/seafood for two meals in a row. My job is basicly to remind and inform him what he ate for the last meal and what he's gonna have for the next one which is not difficult compared to what dish I'd think about to cook/serve for him!

This shrimp creole is a new dish for me..I neither ate nor cooked it before, so I was so keen to give it a try..:) Without a clue, it's fun to guess how it's supposed to taste..not sure if mine is like an authentic one but turned out that noone seemed to care and they enjoyed eating it ..And that matters the most for me!!
