Lemon Curd Scones

I bought a jar of lemon curd the other day to use for making cupcakes and it's still had a lot left ..so I tried to make something else with it and desperately, couldn't think about anything but scone. I then searched on purpose for a recipe that calls for lemon curd mixed into the dough and simply picked the first recipe shown that met my requirement...

With no expectation, it surprisingly turned out to be a hit..even for my daughter who doesn't really fancy a baked good like scone! Scrumptious!!
